Professional

I turn complex needs into practical results.

I look beyond the task I was given to understand the result that is actually needed—then use data, process improvement, automation, and practical tools to help get there.

My career has crossed technical support, operations, financial analysis, process and change management, reporting, and data analysis. The common thread is solving problems, improving how work gets done, and giving people better information for making decisions.

How I work

The request is the starting point. The result is the goal.

Not every request arrives fully vetted against the underlying need. I try to understand what the work is meant to accomplish, identify what would make the result genuinely useful, and build toward that—not simply complete the instructions as written. That can mean solving the immediate problem, improving the process around it, automating repetitive work, or creating reporting that helps management see progress and decide what needs attention.
